Journal Aims and Scope
Academy of Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is a publisher of high-quality basic, translational, and clinical research on rheumatic disorders, such as arthritic disease, musculoskeletal conditions, and connective tissue disorders and their pathophysiology, diagnosis, and cure in the following formats: original articles, reviews, brief reports, images, and short communications. Manuscripts pertaining to conditions—such as autoimmune rheumatic diseases, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, spondyloarthropathies, and lupus—medical domains—such as paediatric rheumatology and clinical rheumatology—and immunologic processes that lead to inflammation, damage, and repair—information that can be translated into advancements in clinical care—are especially welcome.
This open-access peer-reviewed journal with an international footprint is aimed at serving as platform for discussing the latest developments in the field and generating novel ideas and perspectives, which would result in novel innovations and advancements with respect to clinical treatments, rapid diagnoses, management, and training of specialized personnel.
