Journal Aims and Scope

The Journal of Nephrology and Dialysis is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality scholarly research on topics, such as Basic Nephrology—renal development, anatomy, histology, physiology, pathophysiology, and functioning—Pediatric Nephrology, Clinical Nephrology, Diuretic Pharmacology, kidney diseases—such as glomerular/tubulointerstitial disease, acute and chronic kidney disease, kidney failure, polycystic kidney diseases, urinary tract infections, nephrolithiasis, and renal cancer—and renal interventions, such as renal transplantation and dialysis.

The journal covers the entire spectrum of nephrology research, including experimental studies in animal models, molecular biology studies, and clinical research touching on randomized clinical trials, observational studies, and original work in health economy (applicable to nephrology).

The journal aims to serve as the most authoritative source of information on the latest developments in nephrology and disseminate the same to its diverse readership; eventually, the Journal of Nephrology and Dialysis aims to evolve into a leading publisher of research on nephrology and nephrological interventions.
